5. - Jerez is green. There are other inhabitants in Jerez, the trees, some of them singulars or rare.






Jerez is a town with a rate of trees per inhabitants very high, in fact, it is not unusual to find private houses with their own gardens, more or less extensive,   something that still happen nowadays with the new constructions. For many "jerezanos", rich or not, is important to have their houses with a green space where cultivate flowers and plant trees.

Jerez counts with many parks and some gardens, ones are heritage of past times and others are new, ones public and others privates. Besides, many avenues and streets are flanked by trees, which gives character to our town.

In our case, we will refer to public spaces only, despite the visitors should pay a ticket because the entrance is not free.
