Now that the Summer has already come, if you go for a walk through the countryside around Jerez, you will find a landscape full of colors but  with predominance of yellow because of the sunflowers.

Time of jacarandas in bloom

In Jerez, the second most popular tree, after the orange tree, is the jacaranda, and they are in bloom during this month of May, which give a colorfull atmosphere to the streets and parks.

The fair of Jerez

The fair is the greatest "fiesta" o Jerez and is dedicated to the horse. This festive celebration represents many topics related to Andalusia. In fact it is color, many colors, during the day and during the night with many, many women with their colorful dresses, it is dancing, it is singing, it is Fino Sherry, it is horses and beautiful carriages, it is many fair attractions for young people and kids, it is collective happiness and win of living.

Finally, after a long and hard winter, the spring has come to Jerez.

The  streets are filled with the smell of orange blossom, and the countryside with multiple colors of the wildflowers, even the insects seem to revive and eager for the nectar of them.
