Every
Spring it is commemorated the passion, death and Christ's resurrection. In
Spain, this celebrations is made mainly in the streets because the old
tradition of the brotherhoods going across the streets in procession, with
their sacred images representing a moment of the Christ's passion and death.
In Jerez,
this celebration has its particularities, but apart from the religious beliefs
of everyone, it has a great attraction to people who like the art, particularly
the baroque style. Besides, the air smells to a mixture of incense and orange
blossom which makes the atmosphere really magic. It is an experience that people with
sensibility should live at least one time in their lives.
