Sometimes, tourists not so well informed, are surprised in Jerez finding unexpected monuments of a certain artistic value. Really speaking, tourists don't come to Jerez looking for them. In fact, Andalusia counts with famous places with well known monuments as Granada, with the Arab Palace of "LA ALHAMBRA", Cordoba has the Mosque/Cathedral and Seville has the Gothic Cathedral with its recognized tower, a former minaret. Jerez is not included in this group of cities, but counts with religious and civil buildings of relevant value.
Apart from
the monuments photographed in this chapter, I should mention the
"ALCAZAR" which is treated in point 13th.
